Medical care
Assistance, when your customers need it. Like you, our primary
concern is your customers’ health and well-being. Whether working
with international providers locating the nearest and most appropriate
medical care services, providing medical care monitoring and
review, or coordinating with air ambulance services for patient
repatriation, our skilled medical case management team, including
our physicians, ensures appropriate patient care. Other assistance
services include: repatriation of remains, family travel assistance
and communications and contact management between the claimant,
their family, personal physician and employer.
Travel assistance
Travelling can sometimes be an adventure. Our multilingual customer
service centre offers assistance in 24 languages and coordinates
with airlines on trip interruptions and lost baggage and with
international law enforcement authorities for claims involving
theft. In case of a medical emergency, we're on call 24 hours
a day, seven days a week.
