OneWorld Assist administers thousands of US and international medical cases a year, saving payors millions of dollars annually.

Bill auditing, direct payment agreements and reviewing claim eligibility and payability are among the operational efficiencies OneWorld Assist employs to achieve cost-savings for insurers. Depending on the level of insurance a claimant has (i.e. primary, secondary, or excess), other insurers may be responsible for a portion of medical expenses. We investigate the insured's additional insurance policies to determine what recoveries are available.

OneWorld Assist also utilizes Canada’s pay direct systems to recover government health insurance plan (GHIP) payments from many provinces and territories. Using the pay direct systems enables us to pay our US providers quickly and provides additional convenience for claimants and insurers.
