How to claim
Any notices of claim or related correspondence concerning claims should be promptly sent to:

To help us serve you better, we ask that you:

Phone OneWorld Assist immediately to advise of your claim. A file will be opened on your behalf. |

Please complete and return all the claims form(s) we send you. Depending on your province or territory of ordinary residence and the type of insurance for which you are making a claim – out-of-province medical, trip cancellation, baggage, or other – you may receive more than one form to complete. |

Send us all information as requested. Your claim cannot be processed until all the requested information has been received; this includes the original, itemized bills for the expenses incurred and documentation from all other sources. In some situations further information may be required to ensure that your claim is in keeping with the terms and conditions of the policy you purchased. |
If your claim is not eligible for payment, a letter of explanation will be sent to you.
