my pleasant stay at the Bumrungrad Hospital in Bangkok,
Thailand.
From the evening I entered the hospital until I
departed two days later, both Helen and Vanessa
called my room to ensure that I was being well attended
to. On the day of my release from the hospital,
Helen took the time to discuss with the administrator/cashier
that OneWorld Assist would incur medical, room and
miscellaneous expenses. And during my stay at the
hospital, Helen recommended that I contact my family
in Vancouver to inform them of my condition. She
kindly offered to call my parents if I was too fatigued.
Both took the time to share their concerns and to
